The ordered photo book was produced quickly, I like the quality, except that the cover is smeared with glue, and most importantly, one of the first photos is duplicated, which is especially noticeable because the face looks like it has three eyes.

Thank you for your feedback! Your comments encourage us to improve… and to clean the glue more carefully ;) It is part of the production process. Fortunately, it can be easily cleaned with almost any household cleaner. You will not damage the book.
The duplicated image issue is harder to fix, as all images near the binding area are extended by 3 mm using a mirrored reflection. Usually this looks fine, but sometimes, very rarely, it does not. Simply avoid placing faces near the binding area (a painful lesson).
