The customer service and communication are truly impressive. Despite a printing defect in the photo books, they quickly reprinted them, sent them via bus delivery, and saved our holiday gifts. 10 out of 10 for communication and service. The quality of the photo books is excellent!

The quality has declined, although the customer service is responsive and pleasant. The wooden USB drives with memory sticks are not worth the attention in terms of either price or quality. The USB caps barely stay on, and the magnet is weak. I ordered two, and both had defects – one was stained, and the other had a scratched box.
The ordering system is confusing; when ordering printing on a USB, memory sticks that are not actually available are shown (for example), which confused me. I ordered one product and received another.

The quality is decent, but the layout process is confusing. It used to be simpler. It would be good if, while designing, you could add as many extra pages to the book as needed, instead of being limited to 50.

I liked everything: it’s convenient to edit and upload photos, and I really liked that the layout is saved and you can come back to it at any convenient time, even from another computer. I received the magazine in the parcel locker within a week of payment, which I think is fast. The print quality is excellent; I really like both the paper and the photo quality. Everything looks exactly how I wanted.

Everything was perfect and high quality 😊 From placing the order to receiving the product, it took only 3 days. I am very satisfied with everything.
