I was disappointed. The canvas print was made well, but the image was reduced. I will have to throw it away and urgently look for a place that can produce it quickly without cropping the photo.

The image was not reduced — it was printed at full size, and the wrapped edges were made with a mirrored reflection, as you requested.
If your photo had been printed at maximum size on the canvas edges, the faces in the picture would have ended up at the very edge of the canvas or even wrapped around it. It would have looked poor.
